Management Limited (AGIM). We undertake to safeguard, by observing strict
standards of security and confidentiality, any information that is shared with
us by our clients.
At AGIM, we understand the privacy concerns and expectations of our clients. The
privacy policy of Alfalah GHP Value Fund applies to all information related to
clients.
The following policies guide our business conduct to provide better service to
and maintain privacy of information acquired from our clients:
Confidentiality
and Security
Access to clients’ non-public personal information is restricted to authorized
employees only, who are trained in the proper handling of clients’ information
in order to provide required services or products to clients and also to cater
to clients’ specific requirements. We also undertake to exercise immense control
over the confidentiality of our clients’ information and have instituted
requisite safeguards to restrict access to non-public information. We will
continuously assess our systems to ensure that client privacy is respected and
policy implemented.
Client’s
Information We Collect
Following is the non-public personal
information that we may collect and retain about clients:

Information we receive related to client account
applications or other forms such as name, address, financial information,
National Tax and/or NIC number, credit card number or any other information
that is required to provide service to our clients. This information is
required by us for protection of clients’ accounts from unauthorized access
or identity theft.

Information we receive regarding clients’ mutual
fund transactions, such as purchases, redemptions, exchanges, change of
particulars, names of nominees / joint holders, zakat exemption and / or tax
exemption certificate and account balances for the purpose of issuing
account statements, tax documents and any other information.

“cookies” when clients access our website. Cookies are software files that
track client’s access to this website and related pages.
Client’s
Information We May Share
As a principal, we do not share any non-public personal information of our
clients with third parties. However, we may share the information provided by
our clients with third parties only when those third parties are acting on our
behalf in servicing the clients’ accounts, or as specifically authorized by our
clients, or as required under law. These third parties may include:

Various internal / external administrative service
providers (trustee, distribution / sales facilitators and transfer agent)
who, for example, process transactions for client’s accounts including zakat
/ income tax, credit card purchases, print cheques, prepare account
statements and dividend warrants;

market our products to clients or obtain feedback / suggestions from clients
about product improvement.

Any or all of the third parties mentioned above, are legally obligated to
observe confidentiality of the information so acquired and to limit the usage of
such information to servicing clients’ accounts, except as permitted or required
by law.
Applicability
Privacy policies of AGIM apply only to those individuals and corporate investors
who have established a direct customer relationship with us. Investors
purchasing or owning units of the funds through their bank, broker, or other
financial institution should also specifically consult that particular financial
institution’s privacy policies.
AGIM reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at its own discretion from
time to time. The basis of which will be to protect client interest and to serve
them better.

Neither AGIM nor any of its parents, subsidiaries
or affiliated entities, directors, sponsors, shareholders, agents,
employees, or subcontractors undertake to indemnify the visitors of this
website for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential
damages, including lost profits arising in any way from decisions or acts
undertaken on the basis of information contained in this website. None of
the above parties shall be liable for any damages or losses caused to any
equipment and other software due to any viruses, defects or malfunctions in

channels by establishing electronic mail (E-Mail) facility. A visitor / investor
acknowledges the limitations of the reliability of delivery, timeliness and
security of Internet E-Mail and understands that AGIM will not be responsible
for any loss or damage that could result from clients’ E-Mail messages not being
accepted, confirmed or processed or as a result of clients’ E-Mail messages
being intercepted by third parties or by being delayed at any end. As a
preventive measure we recommend that clients should not send sensitive
information by E-Mail, which may not be secure. If, however, they decide to do
