TRUSTEE

Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC), a company incorporated under Companies Ordinance 1984, with its registered office at CDC House, 99B, Block B, SMCHS, Sharah-e-Faisal, Karachi-74000, has been appointed as the Trustee for the Fund. The Trustee will hold custody of all property of the Fund in trust on behalf of the Unit Holders.

Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC) was incorporated in 1993 to manage and operate the Central Depository System (CDS). CDS is an electronic book entry system to record and transfer securities. Electronic book entry means that the securities do not physically change hands and the transfer from one client account to another takes place electronically.

CDC is a member of various international bodies including Association of National Numbering Agencies (ANNA), Asia-Pacific Central Securities Depositories Group (APG) and Regional Forum Asia-Pacific of International Securities Services Association (ISSA).

To ensure continuity of service, CDC has made appropriate off site arrangements as well so that investor services are not disrupted in case of unforeseen problems.
