Unit Holders may Pledge the units of Alfalah GHP Value Fund held by them to enter into a borrowing arrangement with a lending institution.

Following procedure will be followed for Pledging of Units:

• For pledging of units, fill out and submit the Service Pledge of Units Form (AGIM-06 for Individual, Corporate and Institutional Investors) at the counter of the authorized branch of Bank Alfalah Limited.

• Make sure the signatures on the Pledge of Units Form are of the person(s) authorized to operate the account as specified in the Investor Account Opening Form.

• Obtain your acknowledgement copy

After incorporating details of Pledgee and verification Alfalah GHP Registrar Department will send you (The Pledgor) an account statement showing units blocked in favour of the Pledgee.
