All the concerns will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt with expected closure time. If the concerns are not addressed within stipulated timelines nor any acknowledgment is made, you may escalate your concerns to Manager Investor Services at ‘aghp.is@alfalahghp.com’ or you may contact on 021-111-090-090. You will be responded within 48 hours of the escalation. All the correspondences are effectively managed through Investor Services Complaint Management system for recording purpose.   You may also send us your concerns by mailing to our “Investor Services Department” – Head Office at: Alfalah GHP Investment Management Limited 8th B, 8th Floor, Executive Tower, Dolmen City Building, Block 4, Clifton, Karachi, Pakistan. DISCLAIMERIn case your complaint has not been properly redressed by us, you may lodge your complaint with Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (the “SECP”). However, please note that SECP will entertain only those complaints which were at first directly requested to be redressed by the Company and the company has failed to redress the same. Further, the complaints that are not relevant to SECP’s regulatory domain/competence shall not be entertained.
